Questions
Good to know
Is Challenge Contract free? Do I need an account?
It is free and needs no account. Your contract and daily check-ins are stored only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data removes them, so save the image or print the calendar as a backup.
Can I choose my own start date?
Yes. Suggested dates are a starting point. Change the start date and length in the builder before you print or save your contract. If you choose a future start date, daily check-ins begin when that date arrives.
Which challenges can I plan here?
Dry January, Damp January, Dry February, Sober October, a no-spend month, a no-buy year, 75 Soft, 75 Medium, a no-sugar challenge, a 30-day water challenge, a 30-day fitness challenge, a 30-day push-up challenge, a 30-day gratitude challenge, a digital detox challenge, or a custom challenge with your own name, rules and dates, from 7 days up to a full year. Each one starts with suggested rules and dates that you can change.
What if I slip during my challenge?
Note it honestly and carry on the next day. The contract's never-miss-twice rule means one off day does not end the challenge, and the tracker reminds you when yesterday was missed.
Should I talk to a doctor before an alcohol-free month?
If you drink heavily or every day, yes. Stopping suddenly can be dangerous because of alcohol withdrawal, so talk to a doctor before you start.
