How the tracker works
Each day of your challenge gets one checklist with your contract rules. A day counts as perfect when every rule is checked, and your streak is the run of perfect days ending today (or yesterday, if today is still in progress).
If you missed yesterday, the tracker tells you so. That is the "never miss twice" rule at work: one missed day is fine, two in a row is how challenges end.
Everything is stored in this browser only. Use the same phone or computer each day, and print the calendar sheet if you want a paper backup.
